Matching Reply Cards: Why not order co-ordinating reply cards with envelopes, that continue the colour scheme and general design of your chosen range? They are 80p each for all ranges.

Matching Place Cards: Co-ordinating place cards are also available. They are also 80p each for all ranges.

Plain Reply cards: Simple printed reply cards with envelopes but no matching design are available at 50p each.

Plain Place Cards: Simple printed Place Cards with no matching design are available at 40p each.

Save the Date Cards: In matching designs these are available at 80p, simply printed they are 45p.

Large Orders of Service/Menus: The larger format Orders of Service and Menus are an extra 80p each.

Extra inserts for Orders of Service cost an extra 10p each, this includes stapling.

Table Plans: These are co-ordinated and are available at £45 - £60 according to the design.

Once you are satisfied you have chosen the design for you, payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50% (U.K. only, 100% rest of world), should be sent along with your order form (see link above). At present we can only accept payment in the form of cheques. Cheques should be made out to ‘Silver Heart Stationery’.

Delivery and packaging costs are not included in our prices and are charged separately at cost. Parcels are sent recorded delivery, unless standard mail is requested (at customer’s own risk).

Samples: Samples are available on request and are charged at cost plus postage and packing at 50p per card.

Whilst we are happy to take orders from anywhere in the world, the law of England shall be the sole jurisdiction applicable to your transaction with us.
Payment can only currently be made by cheque in sterling payable to “Silver Heart Stationery“.
The design copyright in our products remains our property at all times. You may not reproduce or copy any of our designs without our written consent.
You are purchasing individually hand made products, and as a result, minor variations in appearance may occur from item to item.
The colours on the photographs of our products on our web site may vary slightly from the actual colours of our products used due to flash photography and computer software.
We guarantee that any bespoke quotations are fixed for a period of 30 days following any enquiry by you. However should no confirmed order be received within this period we reserve the right to adjust our prices to reflect any change in costs.
The title to all goods shall not pass to you from us until your final payment is cleared.
For each order a deposit of 50% of the total order value (excluding delivery) will be required before work commences.
Once an order has been placed by you and accepted by us, a binding contract exists between you and us. Either you or us may cancel the agreement prior to this point without further obligation.
Minor changes (for example wording) can be made at any time up until work commences on your order without further cost. However minor changes after your order has commenced or major changes (for example colours, materials etc) to your order at any time whether or not work has commenced may incur an additional cost and or lengthen the estimated delivery time for which you will be advised separately
Orders placed by you are subject to the availability of materials from our suppliers. If we are unable to fulfil an order due to non availability of stock or undue delay in supply, you may cancel the agreement and we will return any deposit paid to you.
Upon receipt of your order, you will be given a delivery date. We will endeavour to ensure that this date is met but due to circumstances beyond our control this may not be possible on every occasion. For the avoidance of doubt time is not of the essence of this agreement.
Once your order is completed you will be contacted and asked for the balance of the order together with a fee for delivery (at cost). Please note that we send all items recorded delivery, unless you expressly instruct us to the contrary. Once payment in full has cleared your cards will be despatched.
All orders are accepted and despatched without us accepting any liability for loss or damage howsoever caused.
We reserve the right to adjust our prices for our ranges from time to time. Any orders placed by you before any such change will not be affected
We regret, that in the event that your wedding is cancelled, no refunds can be given and you will be liable for the final invoiced price. Silver Heart recommend that you take out wedding cancellation insurance if you are concerned about this possibility.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
