Welcome to Silver Heart   We provide access to the silver-heart.co.uk website (the ‘website’) and sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.

Please read these conditions carefully before using the website as by using the website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.  You might also like to print a copy so that you can remind yourself what you agreed to.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should tell us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password could  have  become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and let us know immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.

Silver Heart reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

We will try to make the website error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will try to keep this to a minimum.

Silver Heart grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent from Silver Heart. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not use any metatags or any other ‘hidden text’ utilizing Silver Heart or its affiliates' names or trademarks without the express written consent of Silver Heart. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by Silver Heart

You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page at www.silver-heart.co.uk as long as the link does not portray, Silver Heart. its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any of our logos or other proprietary graphic or trademark (including those of Silver Heart. exclusive brands) as part of the link without our express written consent.

You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You must not use the website for any of the following:

All software used on this website is the property of Silver Heart or our software suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.

You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilize parts of the contents of the website without Silver Heart's express written consent. In particular, you may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (either once or a number of times) for re-utilization any substantial parts of this website, without Silver Heart's. express written consent. You also may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of this website (e.g. our prices and product listings) without Silver Heart's express written consent.

9. Our contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from Silver Heart, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. 

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have despatched the goods (the ‘Despatch Confirmation E-mail’). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Despatch Confirmation Email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Despatch Confirmation Email to have been despatched do not form part of that contract.  You can review the orders you have placed and their current status at any time by clicking ‘Sign Up/My Account’ from the homepage at www.silver-heart.co.uk

10. Returns

New Rock Items
All goods should be examined at the time of receipt, and any problems or faults need to be reported within 14 days.

All New Rock items have to be returned to the New Rock factory in Spain. If you wish to exchange or return your New Rock items for a different size or style, we can arrange collection and exchange for another pair for £25 (in UK and Mainland Europe, for other locations please ask), please contact us for full details if you wish to use this service. This usually works out cheaper than you paying delivery charges to Spain yourself, and results in a faster exchange.

If you wish to return your New Rock boots for a refund, we can arrange collection for £20 (in UK and Mainland Europe, for other locations please ask), we'll arrange a collection and refund you your order amount minus the £20 when the boots are received. Please contact us for full details if you wish to use this service. This usually works out cheaper than you paying delivery charges to Spain yourself, and results in a faster refund.

Please note that for returns or exchanges because of manufacturing defects, or the incorrect size or style being supplied, this is offered by New Rock as a free service. Please contact us for further information. Please note that new rock boots are hand made from natural materials, as as such some variation may occur in the leather or colour.

Important Information for Custom Made New Rock Footwear, Clothing and Accessories.
These items are manufactured just for you, and as such you cannot return them unless there is a manufacturing default with them. Please be extra careful when placing an order for Custom Made styles when selecting your size.
Custom Made styles are those that have 'Custom Made' on a blue corner 'sash' at the top right of the product image in the listing pages, and / or "AVAILABLE ON: XX Days Custom Made" next to the size on the product detail / ordering page.

Other Items
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return any item, at your cost, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If items have been purchased for a christmas gift, you can return them up to the 9th of January 2017.

Any item you wish to return must be in as new condition, with all tags and packaging included. If your item has arrived damaged or defective, please include all packaging, pieces etc.
Returns need to be received back by us within 14 days of receiving your order. Four days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. We will always make allowances for &;disrup tion to postal services and airlines & which might affect your return getting back to us.
Note: Earrings & Hygene Regulations
Any earring for pierced ears may not be returned unless defective.

In some countries you may have a statutory right to return goods during an initial cooling off period as an alternative to our Returns Policy.  If you would like to exercise any statutory right of return please let us know.

12. Customs

When ordering goods from Silver Heart for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges must be borne by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from, Silver Heart the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Silver Heart does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use only silver-heart.co.uk with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

14. Electronic communications

When you visit silver-heart.co.uk.or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that those communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

15. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the Terms & Conditions in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

16. Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. 

17. Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions

Please note that any days / time-scales quoted (for example delivery times or times for custom production) are for working days only and exclude weekends and bank holidays
